Fauja Singh is the perfect example that it’s never too late to start.
Take a step, walk, run, sprint — but never settle for less.

Born in 1911, he began running at the age of 89 and completed a full marathon at 100, becoming the oldest marathon runner in the world.

From London to Toronto, Mumbai to Hong Kong — he ran across the globe and proved that age is just a number.

Warmup:

Most of the people warm up the wrong way, prioritize wrong things during their warmup.
Spending 30 minutes on mobility, foam rolling wont prepare your body for the training session. Instead actually doing the activity at lighter intensity and building weight over next few sets is how you warmup.
These are not your main sets. They don't cause any hypertrophy, but they prepare you for those harder sets that cause hypertrophy.
