🌸 A Coffee Date With My Younger Self 🌸

If I could sit with my younger self today,
I would smile at her soft little dreams
and tell her she is growing in the right direction.

I would hold her tiny hands
and say, “You will be okay…
life will surprise you with sweet moments
you don’t even know about yet.”

I would whisper,
“You don’t have to grow up so fast.
Play a little more, laugh a little more,
your heart deserves gentle days.”

I’d tell her she’s doing great,
even on the days she feels lost,
and that one day
every worry will make sense.

If only she knew—
all her hopes are slowly finding their way to her.

And sitting here with her now,
even in a picture, even in a dream,
feels like giving my past a warm hug.

A reminder to both of us:
be kind to yourself,
trust your path,
and keep that little spark alive. ✨

Almond oil may be in use for ages … but not always for your face.

This patient applied almond oil thinking it will “soothe” her skin…

But within a few hours , she had redness, itching, dryness and burning all over her face.

A lot of home remedies and internet-suggested face oils look easy…

But your skin can react badly, especially if you already have sensitive skin, acne, or eczema tendencies.
