The book encapsulated the 10-year journey of the IPHMDP a capacity-building model that transcends borders, fostering South-South collaboration and reflecting India’s ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam 🌏. Over the past decade, IPHMDP has trained 1500+ health professionals from 96 LMICs, strengthening resilience, adaptability, sustainability and leadership in public health.

🎯 Influencing Healthcare, Inspiring Change! 🩺💡

The Department of Community Medicine & School of Public Health, Pgimer Chandigarh successfully hosted the 4th Leadership & Management Program for PGI faculty and residents with the powerful theme: "Influence and Persuasion in Healthcare."

Led by Prof. Sonu Goel, the session brought together minds from Pediatrics, Community Medicine, General Surgery, Otolaryngology, Hospital Administration, Internal Medicine, and Anaesthesia. Through an engaging mix of interactive presentations, games, energizers, and reflective exercises, participants explored the art of influencing decisions and inspiring action in healthcare settings.
