She believes that nobody can lose weight for long time or be healthy using any medicine for weight loss or taking fad diets or by doing crash dieting. Our body requires so many nutrients in specific quantities, but if we do crash dieting, then there is depletion of essential minerals and vitamins from our body making a person physically weak. So if we eat healthy and nutritional , we will definitely be healthy and full of energy. This should be the ultimate goal of healthy weight loss.

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts & we should train our mind to be happy in all the situations.
Do you know Finland has topped "The happiness quotient" in World happiness report 2025 and India ranks 126th in this. We definitely need to change our thought process.
So smile, breathe and be happy. This will not only help in improving our mental well-being but also improving the overall immunity , better sleep, improved mood , better communication & stronger relationships.
