Had the opportunity to deliver an engaging session on "Intermittent Fasting: The Science Behind Caloric Restriction and Longevity" for the enthusiastic B.Sc Nutrition students of SDNB Vaishnav College for Women.

We explored how fasting impacts metabolic pathways, the role of caloric restriction in cellular repair, and the emerging science behind its potential effects on healthspan and longevity.
