When I realised I am going to have a child after I turned forty I was truly thrilled and disturbed as I knew I had to get healthier and change my way of life if I had to have a good second chance at parenthood !!
2 years since miserably failing in my goals 😂😂😂but definitely getting myself into better state of health than when we hadn’t heard about COVID19 !!
It’s never too late to make a small change 😊.

When an 18 year old fractures both the bones in his forearm it is traumatic for the family!
As an orthopedic & trauma surgeons our job is to provide confidence and comfort first .
This is 2 weeks after the fracture was fixed with plates and screws and the smile on my patients face is priceless for our team !
Dr Arun Kumar, my orthopedic is a great blessing to our team !!
