An anniversary is a milestone… but for me, it is a moment of gratitude.

Your trust, loyalty, and confidence in our care have built everything we are today. To celebrate this journey together, we’ve curated a limited-edition anniversary goodie bag featuring some of my personal favourite, doctor-approved essentials — products I truly believe in.

A small gesture, thoughtfully chosen, for the people who matter the most to us.

Because true luxury is being cared for.

With gratitude, always ✨

Things I avoid touching (or sanitize after) to reduce germs:
• Trial makeup testers (lipsticks, kajal, mascara wands)
• Public railings & stair handles
• Lift buttons & ATM keypads
• Door k***s / door handles (especially public washrooms)
• Restaurant menu cards
• Shared pens
• Shopping cart / basket handles
• Cash notes & coins
• Gym equipment without wiping first
• My phone without cleaning it regularly
• Public touch screens (self check-in kiosks, ticket machines)
• Remote controls in hotels or clinics

💡 Bonus derm tip:
Your phone screen can carry more bacteria than a toilet seat, and it constantly touches your face → acne trigger.

• Irritation & allergies – soaps, intimate washes, wipes, pads, condoms, detergents
• Infections – yeast, bacterial vaginosis, STIs
• Over-washing / douching – disrupts normal vaginal pH
• Hormonal changes – periods, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause
• Dryness – low estrogen, dehydration, certain medications
• Tight / non-breathable clothing – sweat & friction
• Skin conditions – eczema, psoriasis, lichen sclerosus
• Antibiotics – alter normal vaginal flora
• Poorly controlled diabetes – increases risk of fungal infections

⚠️ If itching is persistent, severe, or associated with discharge, pain, or bleeding—medical evaluation is important. Talk to your dermatologist or gynaecologist

🌙 Night Skincare —

Nighttime is when your skin is in repair mode. Cortisol drops, cell turnover increases, and actives work better. Keep it simple, consistent, and barrier-friendly.

1️⃣ Cleanse (non-negotiable)
• Remove sunscreen, makeup, pollution
• Use a gentle, low-pH cleanser
• Double cleanse only if you wore heavy makeup/sunscreen

2️⃣ Treatment (targeted, not layered)
• Retinoids → acne, pigmentation, aging
• Azelaic acid → acne + redness + pigment
• Niacinamide → barrier + oil balance
👉 One active per night is enough

3️⃣ Moisturise (seal the repair)
• Look for ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids
• Oily skin still needs a moisturiser (just lighter)

4️⃣ Eye area (optional but helpful)
• Hydration > actives
• Peptides or caffeine if concerned about fine lines/puffiness

Rules I swear by:
✔️ Consistency > complicated routines
✔️ More products ≠ better skin
✔️ Barrier first, actives second
✔️ If your skin stings — you’re doing too much

Pro tip:
Your night routine should feel boring. Calm skin heals faster ✨

Skin doesn’t need constant “treatment”
Most skin problems come from a damaged barrier, not lack of actives. Overdoing skincare = irritation, pigmentation, acne.

The non-negotiables (for everyone)
• Gentle cleanser – twice daily
• Moisturiser – even for oily/acne-prone skin
• Sunscreen (SPF 30–50) – daily, rain or shine

If you do just these consistently, you’re already ahead.

HOW TO GET READY FOR EAR PIERCINGS

✅ DOs

1. Choose the right place
• Get pierced at a medical clinic or reputed piercing studio
• Ensure single-use sterile needles (preferred over guns, especially for cartilage)

2. Use safe jewellery
• Start with hypoallergenic metals:
• Medical-grade stainless steel
• Titanium
• 14–18K gold
• Avoid nickel initially (common cause of allergy)

3. Clean properly
• Clean twice daily with:
• Sterile saline or
• Diluted povidone-iodine (only for a few days)
• Wash hands before touching

4. Keep starter earrings in
• Leave studs in place for:
• Earlobe: 6–8 weeks
• Cartilage: 3–4 months
• Rotate gently only if advised

5. Watch for normal healing signs
• Mild redness, tenderness, or slight crusting is normal in early days

❌ DON’Ts

1. Don’t use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide daily
• They delay healing and irritate skin

2. Don’t touch or twist excessively
• Causes trauma and infection

3. Don’t change earrings too early
• Increases risk of closure, infection, and keloids

4. Don’t sleep on fresh piercings
• Pressure slows healing (use a donut pillow if needed)

5. Avoid swimming initially
• No pools, lakes, or sea water for at least 2–3 weeks

🚨 When to see a doctor
• Increasing pain, swelling, or redness after day 3–4
• Yellow/green discharge
• Fever
• Hard, raised scar forming (possible keloid, more common in Indian skin)
