You can cleanse your body with Reiki energy, pranayam, breathing (kapalabhathi) and diet changes.

Many people are now practicing yoga and meditation these days. And asking for the symptoms they are experiencing a while through. Let me specify some things which you have to know before starting any yoga and meditation unless you have a better guidance.
Not everyone has the same experience, since all are different.
The kind of toxicity in our body to be removed before starting any spiritual activities like yoga, meditation,etc. Its a process to get to the point where you can actually proceed without any difficulty in normal life. So the symptoms and feelings of physical body depends on how clean you are from inside and outside. Or else the blockages and stagnent energy deposited on the physical body, aura and chakra systems will not allow a free passage of energy being developed during meditation.
