CURIE'S CURE
In order to create awareness about radiation oncology and its importance in the treatment of cancer, the Department of Paediatrics , Panimalar Medical College Hospital & Research Institute organised a CME on Radiation oncology.
Dr. Vaidhyshwaran, Director of radiation oncology, kauvery hospital gave a wonderful lecture on Radiation oncology. Birds eye view of most commonly occurring cancers and their recent advances were explained.
As we continue to witness advancements in oncology, it is imperative for healthcare professionals to embrace this new knowledge through such CME.

In order to create awareness about Menopause, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Panimalar Medical College Hospital & Research Institute organised a CME in association with Chennai Menopause Society and OGSSI.
Dr. Shaanthy Gunasingh, President of Chennai Menopause Society gave a wonderful lecture on making midlife colourful. OGSSI members Dr. M.G. Dhanalakshmi, Dr. Preet Agarwal and Dr. Mohana Pramila also shared their thoughts and experience in managing this crucial period. The enthusiastic panel discussion broke the stigma and shared knowledge about this beautiful transition in women’s life.
