We are looking for the lab technician graduates who are ready to do home visits to collect blood samples on daily basis.

Salary: Industry standard.

Major Activity:

He/she will be going for home visits for taking blood samples.

Every day he/she will be getting 5 to 6 orders to collect the samples.

Should be able to fill the details about the patient in the specified form.

Should drop the samples to the nearby labs where we have tie-ups.

Confirm the availability of the patients before starting the visits.

Reporting to city manager on daily basis of the work activity done.

Depositing the collection cash to the company’s account.

Background:

Must have DMLT or B.sc MLT degree

Should be fluent in local language, English (optional).

Experience / Professional Requirements:

Freshers can be considered after in-house training and shadow visits.

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience will be given priority during hiring for the position.

Should have adequate and hands-on knowledge in collecting blood.

Good soft skills to have a better interaction with the clients.

We are looking for 12th graduates and Non-DMLT graduates who are ready to do home visits to collect blood samples on daily basis fulfilling the role as a Phlebotomists.

To be a phlebotomist, you'll need to be certified, on which we will guide and train you.

Certification Program :

Once Non DMLT student is shortlisted we will issue a Training offer letter.

This Programme comprises of Class room training and experiential learning on Phlebotomy.

Duration of the prog – 6 months. A industry standard stipend will be provided during the raining period.

Once the student successfully completes 6 months of training PHLEBOTOMY
Certification will be issued, cost will be borne by the company.

From 7th month the compensation will be REVISED based on his / her PERFORMANCE and CONDUCT to become a permanent employee.
