Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients:
• 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder)
• 1 cup hot water
• Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:
1. Boil 1 cup of water.
2. Add the cinnamon stick (or powder) and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
3. Strain and add honey or lemon for added flavor.
4. Enjoy warm.

NOTE
Excessive consumption (more than 2-3 cups daily) may cause liver damage due to coumarin in cassia cinnamon. Always consult a professional before you start with any intervention.
