A Diwali cannot be a great Diwali when you don’t have the support of some amazing people staying up late, being away from their families only because your Diwali party should go right.. If there is one thing meaningful that we can do today is to express our gratitude to all these amazing souls who’ve sacrificed so many of their Diwali’s only for us. Wanted to express my deepest gratitude to my beautiful friend who has supported us through thick & thin.

The people who sacrifice it all for us on this day & yet we end up finding flaws about certain things that didn’t go perfect. Without considering the fact that they’ve left behind their families to make our festivities better. Sometimes I really question myself do we even deserve this?

Diwali isint just a festival of partying but it’s also about understanding that we gotta light up someone else’s life rather than just ourselves ❤️

A fact that I understood over the coming years.

This concept isn’t just about reducing your words; it’s about mastering the art of mindful communication and silence.

When you speak less, you have more time to think. This clarity helps in making better decisions, aligning your actions with your goals, and avoiding impulsive reactions.

You become a better listener. You understand others better, leading to stronger connections and deeper relationships.

Words carry energy, and when you talk excessively, you may waste vital energy that can be used for other important tasks. Being mindful of your speech conserves this energy, allowing you to focus on manifesting your desires.

In social situations, less talking can make you seem more thoughtful and intriguing. People are drawn to those who don’t reveal everything and carry an air of mystery, making them more powerful in their presence.

Speaking less helps control emotional outbursts, leading to calmer and more calculated interactions. You avoid saying things you might regret, maintaining peace and composure in difficult situations.

And let me share with you the most beautiful chapter of my life. I grew up with my grandparents. In a world where children were obsessed with their parents, I was obsessed by with my grandparents. Growing up around their energy I understood how unconditional the love is of a grandparent for his grandchild.

My childhood would have never been the same without them. My grandma being my first love & the only true friend I ever had, her voice still lingers around my ears. If you are blessed with grandparents then yes your way too lucky, do not take this opportunity for granted. Let me them know how much you love them, call them once a while, take them out because for them you are their only world.

The bitter truth of life is that life is unpredictable. We see missed calls from our parents or our loved ones & at times we forget calling them back. We are so immersed with our work, or own patterns & stress that we forget the importance of that one single call. Because what if that was the last time you heard them?

I understood the importance of a final call when I spoke to my grandmother on my birthday, that conversation still remains my favourite memory of hers. I feel so grateful about the fact that I could pick up that call & feel that love she had for me.

So whenever you pick that call make sure you give all your love & time. Because you never know?

What is the easiest way to deal with a negative or a triggering situation? It is to let it starve. No response, no action, do not give it any attention because where attention goes energy flows. The negative situation becomes more bigger the moment you start feeding it. To dissolve any triggering situation let it starve. Don’t even think of it as a triggering situation. Immune yourself to it by immediately deleting it from your memory & replacing it with thoughts of gratitude or any high vibrational mantra.

What I ate through the week..

You are what you eat. And what you eat defines your aura, your feeling, your thought process. I love my home cooked meals, & I try eating home as much as I could. The secret to eating right is eating light, chewing well & ensuring that your meals are freshly cooked. A light meal helps you meditate better & keeps you energised through the day.

Yes I do enjoy my cheat meals too once a while. The idea is to create the right balance & to keep your food energised through prayers & good intentions.

When you’re unclear about what to pursue in life, start by pursuing yourself—your own goals, desires, and interests. Many of my clients come to me saying, “I’m confused about what I want.” In such moments, I encourage them to turn inward and focus on themselves.

All our lives we’ve only served others, thought about others & put ourselves last in order to please others.

Pursuing yourself means investing time and energy into understanding what truly excites and motivates you. It’s about figuring out what makes you feel alive, what you enjoy doing, and what brings you a sense of fulfillment. This isn’t just about soul-searching; it’s also about taking practical steps. How do you define God? For me God is that loving Higher Self that lives within each of us, the detached Self, our authentic Self, this Self is somewhere lost as we grow up trying to fit into the delusional world. Realising this Self is realising God.

God is the most misunderstood word, this word is so misunderstood that it has created this unrealistic divide leading into the formation of castes & religions. The day we realise that life is all about finding that God within that’s when we’d come out of hatred moving into peace.
