 "Access to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies".
 This theme emphasizes the critical need to ensure mental health support is available to people affected by crises such as natural disasters, conflicts, and pandemics. It highlights that mental health care must be treated as an essential service during these times, not just a luxury.

Mental illnesses, or Manas Roga, are seen as a disturbance of the mind's   (inherent quality) by the doshas of the mind,   and  . 
   
Medhya rasayana is a category of rejuvenating Ayurvedic herbs and formulations intended to improve cognitive functions such as memory, intellect, and mental clarity. 
The name comes from the Sanskrit words medhya, meaning "intellect" or "cognition," and rasayana, meaning "rejuvenation" or "therapeutic". 
According to the ancient Ayurvedic text Charaka Samhita, the primary medhya rasayana herbs are: 
-   (Centella asiatica): Known as gotu kola, it is used to enhance intellect and circulation to the brain.
-   (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Also known as licorice root, it helps improve learning and memory by increasing cerebral circulation and nourishing the nervous system.
-   (Tinospora cordifolia): This herb is a well-known immunity booster that also helps protect the brain from damage.
-   (Convolvulus pluricaulis): Used to promote intellect, memory, and calmness, it is especially useful for managing mental stress. 
Other herbs and substances with medhya properties include: 
- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)
- Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi)
- Vacha (Acorus calamus)
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)  etc.
