ABOUT US
Cancer is a disease, which is dreaded universally and afflicts people of all ages and cross-sections of humanity - rich or poor. Imaging plays a vital part in cancer care, as much in early detection as in effective treatment. The first treatment in cancer therapy that we offer to the patient has to be the best, as that is the only chance that the patient sometimes gets in terms of survival & quality of life. Controlling the disease burden in a population can be achieved only by early detection and imaging forms a very vital arm of screening programmes. India has a huge population & the disease burden due to non-communicable diseases especially cancer is on the rise and our patient profile and disease profile differs and, health care is not uniformly covered by the state or insurance uniform unlike in the developed world.
