The biggest threat to our health - our own toxic thoughts....

Being an Ayurveda practitioner, People often expect me to give them a list of foods that can cause inflammatory arthritis, cancer etc

But I say eat 3-4 times a day,ok more than that is making you an addict.

But thoughts run through your mind -24×7.

The chances of getting sick from your own mind is way higher than from any food.

Each thought triggers a corresponding chemical response in your body that then begins to affect healthy tissue.

Stress releases cortisol, if cortisol is always alert it lowers immunity and reduces lifespan.

Cortisol is entering directly to our blood stream, toxic free radicals become carcinogenic

So let's monitor our mind too same as we monitor our food,

So let's take care of our
- Sleep
- constant introspection
- therapy
- meditation

All these are important for a healthy mind and body..

Lethargic
Constipated
Diarrhoea
Sluggish

This indicates digestion is slow and body needs more time to digest it...

What can we do to help our Gut?

-Walk slowly 100 steps, don't run or do execise or walking speedily as this may result in cardiac arrest

- Skip your next meal or have a soup instead

- Make sure the indulgence is not so frequent.

- Do exercise regularly early morning follow everything in moderation, enjoy and help your GUT.....
