Whether Type 2 Diabetes Reversible?

Yes, type 2 diabetes is reversible. But for many years our allopathy doctors have been telling that diabetes is a progressive life long disease and the diabetic patient should take the drugs throughout life. This is a big lie. Allopathy doctors don’t treat the root cause of diabetes. They treat only symptoms. That is why diabetes remains forever.

The root cause of diabetes is fats (lipids) deposit in the liver, muscles, and pancreas cells which causes insulin resistance. This, in turn, builds up high blood glucose levels. This condition is called Type 2 Diabetes. The
Fats (lipids) deposit in the cells is mainly due to our eating habits.

By eating plant-based foods rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory, and avoiding fried foods and processed foods you can reverse type 2 diabetes. There is no nutritional value in meat products. But people when they add cheese to the meat burger they add taste, But these foods cause insulin resistance.

What Exactly Type 2 Diabetes is and its Causes

When we eat carbohydrates, they get broken down into sugar and sent into the bloodstream. Insulin, a hormone produced by the pancreas, then acts as a delivery system, moving the sugar from your blood into cells, where it is burned for fuel. For a normal person without diabetes blood glucose(sugar) will be transported to all the cells correctly and cells will get energy. But for a diabetic, the body cells become insulin resistant due to fats(lipids) formation in the cells and reject the delivery of glucose to the cells. This builds up high blood sugar. This condition is Type 2 diabetes and cause is insulin resistance.

For Type 1 diabetics either pancreas produces very little insulin or pancreas not at all producing insulin due to the autoimmune system. Less than 5% of the diabetics are Type 1 and they should take insulin injections every day.
