“WEEKEND SEPARATES WINNERS”
In any part of life, the greatest and most toughest things are accomplished by people who doesn’t care about what day or what time it may be,
If they need to work for it, they will work for it !
People fail to achieve their fitness goals because they let lose of their commitments on weekends.
Yes, your results suffer because you yourself wanted to enjoy on Saturdays and Sundays, not your friends or family !
Approximately 95% of Indian population doesn’t even involved in any kind of fitness related actions.
Don’t expect to be in the 5% when you are doing things that the 95% are doing.
Diet protocols apply on weekends,
Training protocols apply on weekends,
And yes,
one day, one meal will affect the outcome of results when you’re in the process of becoming the better version.
Maintaining those results is another thing.
I personally go for outdoor endurance training every Sunday, not for fitness or physique related goals,
But to make sure that I don’t fall into those 95% who take it easy on weekends.
Wake up early on the weekend morning just to make sure you are ready to put in more than what’s required !
