It was a pleasure to attend the annual conference of Indian society of organ transplant (ISOT) at Ahmedabad. More sessions has been allocated to liver transplantation. Innovative ideas has been shared in the session of "Cell free DNA (cfDNA) in monitoring graft health" and hopefully we will move away from invasive biopsies to look at transplant organ health. , ,

It was pleasure and honour to meet Prof. Çiğdem Arıkan, Leading Pediatric hepatologist in Turkey. I visited the cell culture lab , which was State of the Art looking at various application of cell therapies. The immunology lab was phenomenal with work on immunomodulation and immunotherapies.
