While it is NOT possible to be 100% "Stress-Free", it is crucial to understand the reasons why one is stressed and take the necessary action to correct or manage the problem.

Stress can come in various forms:
1. Physical:
- Work stress
- Over-exercise
- Burn out
- Daily rat race

2. Financial:
- Financial issues,
- Heavy losses, etc.

3. Emotional:
- Confidence issues,
- Relationships,
- Trauma,
- Grief
- Toxicity/negativity

4. Biological:
- Lack of nutrients
- Poor diet
- Chronic infections/sickness
- Hormonal imbalances
- Injury

- Pollution
- Toxin exposure
- Harmful chemicals

Here are some Indian statistics:

"𝑀𝑎'𝑎𝑚 - 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑛𝑜 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑡 𝑑𝑎𝑦?"
This is a constant question that almost all of my clients routinely ask me at the beginning of their journey.
While I am against a mandatory "cheat day," here are some ways I see it.
BAD REASONS:
✖️Need to please others
✖️To fit in with friends
✖️Impulsive eating
✖️No proper meal planning

LESS BAD REASONS
🆗Part of the long-term LC Journey & lifestyle
🆗Enjoying a rare experience, spl. ocassion, etc.
🆗The instances are extremely rare or not frequent.
🆗The portion size of the cheat food is extremely small

It was my pleasure to address a vibrant group of Gen Z employees in an interactive session on 𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 in Bengaluru.

The discussions in this highly interactive session were around topics like -
- Nutritional myths
- Metabolic health diseases
- Insulin resistance
- How they could increase their work productivity
- Foods that play a role in damaging health
- Lifestyle & habits that play a role in hormonal imbalances
- how they can make practical, yet powerful changes that could prevent , , etc., in the future
