This is a young male with androgenetic alopecia.

He was started on PRP sessions along with topicals and oral dutasteride. It’s been 2 years and he is still under follow up and does maintenance PRP sessions once in 4-5 months.

Androgenetic alopecia can be a long term issue since it’s genetic and hormonal in nature.

Hence, a long term management strategy may be needed.

Cosmelan peel is a game changer in pigmentation treatment.

Although the downtime can be a little overwhelming for the first week but the results can be pretty much dramatic at times.

It works well for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma, uneven skin tone, skin dullness, tanning.

This is a young lady with a history of PCOS. She came with Acne - grade 3.

She was started on Isotretinoin, antibiotics along with a simple skin care regime.

She was also advised dietary changes and exercise. Blue light therapy and chemical peels were done as well to achieve the desired results.

The treatment was continued for approximately 6 months. But as for her lifestyle changes she has been asked to continue to keep the hormones in check.

This middle aged lady had a lot of photo damage on her face.

She wanted the skin to be improved in 4-6 weeks as her son was getting wedded.

What was done here was a session of carbon peeling, sequential peeling and home based peels.
