Correct position while working in laptop or Desktop
1. Top of the monitor at the level of your eyes- Prevents neck pain.
2. ⁠Both upper and lower back should rest over the back rest- Prevent Back pain.
3. ⁠Arm should rest over the armrest. Keyboard should be placed over the sliding board- This prevents shoulder pain. ⁠
4. ⁠Entire seat of the chair should be occupied and thighs parallel to the floor - prevents low back pain
5. ⁠Knee should not be bend more than 90 degress and foot rest on the floor or foot rest- This prevent patellofemoral pain in knee joint.
