🍃Earthing (also known as grounding) refers to direct physical contact with vast supply of electrons on the Earth's surface by walking barefoot outside or sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems, some of them patented, that transfer the energy from the ground into the body.

🌱Mounting evidence suggests that the Earth's negative potential can create a stable internal bioelectrical environment for the normal functioning of all body systems. Moreover, oscillations of the intensity of the Earth's potential may be important for setting the biological clocks regulating diurnal body rhythms, such as cortisol secretion.

🍃It is also well established that electrons from antioxidant molecules neutralize reactive oxygen species (i.e.free radicals) involved in the body's immune and inflammatory responses. 'Proning' is a medically accepted position to improve breathing comfort and oxygenation in COVID-19 patients. But there is a method to it and it ought to be done correctly..

WHEN?
If Oxygen saturation (SpO2) drops below 94,in Home quarantine patients.
If the patient is on oxygen support, then turn the head to the left/right side and continue O2 support and place pillows under the head, chest and pelvis for support but the abdomen should not be compressed.

HOW?
* 30 minutes to 2 hours: Lying on your belly
* 30 minutes to 2 hours: Lying on your right side
* 30 minutes to 2 hours: Sitting up
* 30 minutes to 2 hours: Lying on your left side
* Then go back to position 1: Lying on your belly.

WHY?
In the prone position, lung compression is less, thus redistributes blood and air flow more evenly, reducing the imbalance and improving gas exchange.
With improved lung function in the prone position, less support from the ventilator is needed to achieve adequate oxygen levels. This may reduce risk of ventilator-induced lung injury, which occurs from overinflation and excess stretching of certain portions of the lung.
Prone positioning may improve heart function in some patients. In the prone position, blood return to the chambers on the right side of the heart increases and constriction of the blood vessels of the lung decreases. This may help the heart pump better, resulting in improved oxygen delivery to the body.
Because the mouth and nose are facing down in the prone position, secretions produced by the disease process in the lung may drain better.

DO’s & DONT’s:
Avoid proning for an hour after meals
Maintain proning for only as much time as is easily tolerable
One may prone for up to 16 hours a day, in multiple cycles, as felt comfortable.
Keep track of any pressure sores or injuries, especially around the bony prominence.

CONTRADICTIONS:
* Pregnancy Deep Venous thrombosis (Treated in less than 48 hours)
* Major cardiac conditions
* Unstable spine, femur, or pelvic fractures.

Let’s talk about ‘The Law of Opposites’ which exists both outwardly in nature and inwardly in ourselves..

👉🏽Light exists because of Darkness.
👉🏽Joy exists because of Sadness.
👉🏽Expansion exists because of Contraction.

Through the constant flux of opposite sides,nature achieves Balance. We only judge experiences as “good or bad”, when we don’t appreciate the deeper underlying energetic intelligence that is unfolding..

There is inherent purpose in all experiences.When we move out the judgemental mind,and try to appreciate whatever that is happening(which is been constantly judged as good or bad),is actually a higher intelligence trying to bring things back into balance,we have the opportunity to see life through a new lens..

Definitely challenging!!sure..but never wrong.If we did not have challenge,we would not grow or transform..🌱

Try this in your life..Take a person or situation that your struggling with,and ask yourself,what is the possible benefit that this experience is bringing?!

🌏We honor the cycle of the sun by sleeping at an appropriate hour. We acknowledge the shifting seasons by favoring a seasonal diet.We honor the phases of our lives by being students as children, striving toward our ambitions as adults, and pursuing contemplative study as we age.

However, when emotions become so powerful that they become uncontrollable and overwhelm or possess a person, then they can cause serious injury to the internal organs and open the door to disease. It is not the intensity as much as the prolonged duration or an extreme emotion, which causes damage.

😡ANGER
Anger affects the liver more than any other organ.Symptoms to look for:
