Today’s Bile duct stones !!! Don’t they look like tiny laddus !!! Presented with pain , jaundice and fever . ERCP done and two stones retrieved from the bile duct . Patient also has multiple stones in the gallbladder for which laparoscopic cholecystectomy will be done !!!

ERCP FOR BILIARY PANCREATITIS - Yes Tiny stones or sludge in the gallbladder can cause big trouble ! It can slip into the bile duct and cause severe pancreatitis! 65 year / female patient with severe pain abdomen and jaundice and pancreatitis, Ercp and sludge retrieved and stenting done !!! Pain and jaundice will improve post procedure
