Break the cycle of setting unrealistic goals and expectations. Do not say :
“I am cutting sugar completely from my diet”
“Diet starts from Monday”
“I need to lose at least 10 kgs to feel better”
“I’m going to do an hour of cardio to burn that meal off”
.and many more!
Make good habits, and start enjoying eating right. Understand that movement is important. Building muscle takes time, fat loss will happen with consistency. And most importantly, enjoy this journey ❤️
