🦷 **Baashyam Constructions Dental Camp** 🦷

The Department of Public Health Dentistry conducted a dental screening camp at **Baashyam Constructions** in collaboration with the **Builders’ Association (partnership since 2016)**.

✔️ Around **100 individuals were screened**
✔️ **Oral cancer screening** was carried out, with lesions identified and blanket referrals provided
✔️ **Interactive model-based counselling** was given to promote oral health awareness

The camp was further enriched by the presence of **exchange students from the UK**, who observed and gained insights into community-based dental care in India.

On **14.08.2025**, our dental team, in collaboration with **NSS, CFDT, Koduveli, Chennai**, conducted a screening and treatment camp at **Sethukuppam** for enthusiastic school children. 🦷💙

📍 **Distance covered:** 32 km
👩‍⚕️ **Total screened:** 85 children
💡 **Treatments done:** 28 (26 Scaling | 2 Restorations)

A big shoutout to our **2 interns, 3 PGs, and 1 staff member** who made this possible. Together, we’re building brighter smiles and healthier futures! 🌟
