Difficult to say whether Assam is in water or water is in Assam, we and our ancestors has been facing flood since ages, we are in verge of building smart Cities and what not ....but so far the flood remains the same every year.
At the end hence proved suffering and sufferers don't have religion.
The religion of affected people is called "helplessness".
Either u are helpless or you are privileged.
