ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை *26 நவம்பர் 2023* அன்று *காலை 9 மணி முதல் மாலை 5 மணி* வரை சந்திப்போம். இந்த சந்திப்பு வயது, அனுபவ நிலை அல்லது நீரிழிவு மேலாண்மையில் உங்களது நிலை ஆகியவற்றைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் அனைவருக்கும் பொதுவாக இருக்கும்.

உங்களுக்கு டைப் 1 புதிதாக கண்டறியப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் அல்லது பல ஆண்டுகளாக இக்குறைப்பாடுடன் வாழ்பவராக இருப்பினும், எங்களுடன் சேர உங்களை அழைக்கிறோம். டைப் 1 சகாக்களின் ஆதரவு உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் பெரிய மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும்!

FCM and Chennai runners have started the Type 1 Diabetes campaign. CR have 17 number of chapters in the city.
Each chapter has started raising awareness about Type 1 Diabetes and speaking to members about the cause and raising funds for the benefit of our T1D community.
Come join us in registering and running with us, for us and empowering children who need our support.

FCM மற்றும் சென்னை ரன்னர்கள் டைப் 1 நீரிழிவு பிரச்சாரத்தைத் தொடங்கியுள்ளனர். சென்னை ரன்னர்ஸ்க்கு நகரில் 17 அத்தியாயங்கள் உள்ளன.
ஒவ்வொரு அத்தியாயமும் வகை 1 நீரிழிவு குறைபாட்டை பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது மற்றும் அதன் காரணத்தைப் பற்றி உறுப்பினர்களிடம் பேசவும், நமது T1D சமூகத்தின் நலனுக்காக நிதி திரட்டவும் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
நமது ஆதரவு தேவைப்படும் டைப் 1 குழந்தைகளுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பதற்காக, சென்னை மாரத்தான் 2024 இல் பதிவுசெய்து ஓட தயாராகுங்கள்.

First Time In , T1s and T1 Communities were awarded and given much needed recognition.

In the presence of Honourable Union Minister, Dr. Jitendra Singh, who is also a Diabetologist, Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Specialities Centre awarded
1. T1s who were diagnosed as Children and completed 60 years of living with T1.
2.T1 Diabetes Hero Award
3.T1D Ambassador award, to recognise enterprising people who have devoted their time, energy and resources to support and help children and adults with through their support groups.

TNT Foundation recieved the T1D Ambassador award alongwith several other communities.

We thank Dr. Mohan, Dr. Anjana Mohan, Dr. Banshi Saboo, Dr. Shashank Joshi and others for encouraging the T1 community to do more work.

Bharathiraja, fellow from our family of TNT is our main coordinator in and Western TN.
He is the reason you read our posts in Tamil. He is an expert in sending voice notes in our group in baritone voice for those who find it difficult to read text messages. His parents have aptly named him after the great Tamil poet, Bharathi.
He recently became a certified Diabetes Educator to help fellow T1s and parents.
We wish him a very Happy Birthday.

One person, who most of the T1s in India and a few abroad also know and look up to is our very own Prashanth. He is the President and also part of the founding team of Tamil Nadu Type 1 Diabetes Association (TNT). He's our 'All-in-all' - an adventure lover, a diabetes educator, a great motivator, a body builder, and what not! Please join us in wishing him a very happy birthday and an amazing life ahead motivating more and more type 1s and parents of kids with type 1.

இந்தியாவில் உள்ள பெரும்பாலான முதல் வகை நீரிழிவுடன் வாழ்பவர்களுக்கும், வெளிநாட்டினர் சிலருக்கும் மிகவும் பரிச்சயமானவர், அவர்களுக்கு முன்னுதாரணமாக திகழ்பவர், நமது பிரசாந்த் அவர்கள்.
நமது TNT குழுவின் தலைவரும், இணை நிறுவனரும் இவரே.
செல்லமாக சொல்லப்போனால் எங்களின் 'ஆல் இன் ஆல்' அழகுராஜா இவரே.
உலகம் சுற்றும் வாலிபனாக அறியப்படும் இவர், ஒரு சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட நீரிழிவு கல்வியாளர், ஒரு மிகப்பெரிய ஊக்கம் அளிப்பவர், ஒரு சீரிய உடற்பயிற்சி செய்பவர் ஆவார். எதிர்காலம் அவருக்கு மிகவும் அற்புதமாகவும், மேலும் பல முதல் வகை நீரிழிவுடன் வாழும் குழந்தைகளுக்கும், அவர்கள் பெற்றோர்களுக்கும் ஊக்கம் அளிக்கும் விதத்திலும் அமைய எங்களுடன் இணைந்து அவருக்கு இனிய பிறந்தநாள் வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவிக்க வாரீர்.

Happy Birthday Meena.
Ever since TNT's very first meet in 2018, she has been inspiring other girls and kids in our group. She has improved her hba1c from 8s and 9s to 5.0s consistently.
Wishing you more marathons, good health and happy experiences.

இனிய பிறந்தநாள் வாழ்த்துக்கள் மீனா.
2018 இல் நடைபெற்ற நமது குழுவின் முதல் சந்திப்பில் இருந்து நமது முக்கிய உறுப்பினர் இவர். 14 வருடங்களாக முதல் வகை நீரிழிவுடன் வாழும் இவர் நமது குழுவில் உள்ள மற்ற பெண்களுக்கும், குழந்தைகளுக்கும் எழுச்சியூட்டும் ஓர் முன்னுதாரணமாக திகழ்பவர். HbA1c எனப்படும் மூன்று மாத சர்க்கரை அளவை 8 சதவீதத்தில் இருந்து குறைத்து தற்போது 5 சதவீதத்தில் வைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.

இன்னும் பல மாரத்தான் ஓடவும், ஆரோக்கியமான வாழ்க்கையும் மற்றும் மகிழ்வான தருணங்களையும் பெற்றிட வாழ்த்துகிறோம்.

Meet Kavin, who came to our first TYPE ONE RUN in Chennai in March 2019.
He was diagnosed at the age of 23 months.
T1 kids need
1. 4 to 6 Insulin injections everyday,
2. Regular checking of sugar levels, atleast 4 times a day or more.
3. Care and support for holistic well-being from parents and caregivers.

With the right support system, T1s can lead a normal healthy life.

And TNT - TAMILNADU TYPE 1 DIABETES FOUNDATION was started in 2018 just for this purpose.

You can see him being supported by his mother and grandmother, and in the subsequent meets he was showing his sensor and exchanging information to other T1 kids and also showing off his skills to us.

கவின், மார்ச் 2019 சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற நமது Type 1 Run இல் கலந்து கொண்டார்.
அவருக்கு முதல் வகை நீரிழிவு, அவர் பிறந்து 23 மாதங்களில் கண்டறியப்பட்டது.
முதல் வகை நீரிழிவுடன் வாழும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு,
1. ஒரு நாளைக்கு 4 முதல் 6 முறை வரை இன்சுலின் செலுத்த வேண்டியிருக்கும்.
2. ஒரு நாளைக்கு 4 அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட முறை இரத்த சர்க்கரை அளவை தொடர்ந்து கண்காணிக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும்.
3. பெற்றோர்கள் மற்றும் உடன் இருப்பவர்களிடம் இருந்து முழுமையான கவனிப்பு மற்றும் ஆதரவு தேவைப்படும்.

முறையான ஆதரவு அமைப்பு கிடைக்கப்பெற்றால் முதல் வகை நீரிழிவுடன் வாழ்பவர்கள் இயல்பான, ஆரோக்கியமான வாழ்க்கை வாழலாம்.

TNT - TAMILNADU TYPE 1 DIABETES FOUNDATION 2018 ஆம் ஆண்டு இதற்காகத்தான் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

முதல் சந்திப்பில்,அவரது தாய் மற்றும் பாட்டியின் ஆதரவோடு இருக்கும் கவின், அடுத்த சந்திப்புகளின் போது தனது சென்சாரை மற்ற முதல் வகை நீரிழிவுடன் வாழும் குழந்தைகளிடம் காண்பித்து, அவர்களுடன் கருத்துக்களை பரிமாறிக்கொண்டும், தனது திறமைகளை வெளிப்படுத்தி கொண்டிருப்பதையும் காணலாம்.
