Free camp for diabetics - eye/ retina and blood sugar screening was done on 31/1/26.

Actually it was in my dream list since my UG days to help the really needy people. Gratitude for making this happen.

Here are the THREE SIMPLE TIPS to escape from eye dryness. Simple but very effective.

1. Reduce screen time. Follow 20-20-20 rule
2. Keep yourself hydrated
3. Avoid direct exposure to fan and AC

Felt so happy😊 and grateful🙏
