Hello everyone, Our exciting "Freedom From Diabetes Run 2024" is starting tomorrow. Please follow our page for regular updates and announcements. Below are the few mandatory rules to be followed during the event.

1. This is a fitness task aimed at helping you form and maintain healthy lifestyle, So track your activity daily. If not you will be disqualified.
2. Allowed activities are walking/running/jogging (indoors or outdoors)
3. Minimum walking / running time will be 15minutes/day
4. You need to take a selfie after your running or walking everyday. Post it on your page. This will have a positive influence on you and you will also be a source of inspiration to hundreds you already know.
5. Like our clinic page on facebook and tag us, we would love to witness your daily achievement
6. Winner will be declared on our page on 15th August.
