💗 Breast Cancer Awareness Saves Lives!
On 09.03.2026, Emmimah Memorial Charitable Trust conducted a Breast Cancer Awareness Program for women in the Washermenpet slum area, Chennai, empowering them with knowledge about early detection and self-care.
Around 30 women participated with great interest, learning about the importance of Breast Self-Examination (BSE) and how to perform it correctly through a practical demonstration. This session encouraged women to regularly check themselves and take timely action for their health.
Early detection can save lives — and awareness is the first step. 💗
🙏 Special thanks to the students of Loyola College, especially Ms. Vincy, for their wonderful support.
👏 Heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated volunteers Mr. Suganthraj and Ms. Maliga for helping make this awareness program successful.
Together, we continue to spread awareness, empower women, and build healthier communities.
