HOW TO CHARGE THE BODY BATTERY 🔋

Your body is in most part, water. More precisely, two-thirds of your body is water and almost 99% of your body molecules are water molecules. Therefore, how the water behaves pretty much dictates the state of your entire body.
It turns out the water in our bodies is not like water in your tap – it is in a charged state.
So, how do you charge your body with the necessary energy?
Here are some ways to do just that:
* Sunlight – Your best bet is spending time in the sun for at least 10 -20 minutes a day.
* Grounding – Walk barefoot for at least 10 minutes a day. You can do it on grass, sand, and concrete, but wood won’t be as effective. You can use grounding mats, as well.
* Cold – Take cold showers, or do cold water face-dunking.
* Water in streams , rivers and oceans 🌊 recharge us.
* Going to places of worship like temples, mosques or churches
* Leaning up against a 🌲 tree.
* Having pets at home are a great way to recharge yourself.
What to avoid?
* Consumption of heavily processed foods , toxins in the air( pollution),emotional baggage 🧳 😞😶‍🌫️can rob us of voltage that we could be using elsewhere 😇

▪️Focus 100% on one thing, instead of doing 5 things with 20% focus each
▪️Make gradual improvements.You can’t go to level 10 with level 1 habits 😀
▪️Look at things diagnostically. A problem- solving mindset will help you move past roadblocks much faster.
▪️Create a high value network. Spend less time with people who hold you back. Increase time with those who pull you forward.
▪️Make reading books a daily habit.Books have a high ROI. You get decades of knowledge condensed into a few hours of reading
▪️Get into deep work. Your focus is your currency, how you spend it is your biggest investment. This will get you ahead of 90% of people.
▪️Find your purpose. Without direction or a clear plan, it’s hard to live a fulfilled life
▪️Finally, workout at least thrice a week. If you feel fit, you can deal with life’s stresses and challenges much better🤍🦋
