Focus on eating nutritious, balanced meals during your IVF cycle.
Red meat, sugar, refined carbohydrates, and other highly processed foods should all be avoided.
Remove the salt from the equation. Instead, use herbs and spices to season your food.
During this period, avoid making any substantial or significant changes, such as going gluten-free if you aren't already. In fact, evidence suggests that a Mediterranean diet may increase the success rate of IVF in women under 35 who are not overweight or obese. Despite the modest size of the study, following a healthy diet in the weeks preceding up to the cycle can't hurt. Encourage your partner to follow the Mediterranean diet alongside you, as nutrition has an impact on s***m health.

-Your thyroid gland does not produce enough key important hormones if you have hypothyroidism.

- Thyroid hormone deficiency can decrease fertility by interfering with the release of an egg from your o***y (ovulation). Furthermore, certain of the underlying causes of hypothyroidism, such as certain autoimmune or pituitary illnesses, might make it difficult to conceive.

-Hypothyroidism treatment is an important aspect of any endeavor to address infertility in women. If infertility persists after hypothyroidism has been addressed, more treatments may be required.

Except for being a woman of reproductive age, there are few established risk factors concerning uterine fibroids. The following are some of the factors that can influence fibroid development:

Race. Fibroids can affect any woman of reproductive age, although women of African descent are more prone than other races. They are more likely to have fibroids at a younger age and have larger fibroids associated with severe symptoms as they age.

Hereditary. If your mother or sister had fibroids, you are more likely to get them as well.

Early menstruation, obesity, vitamin D insufficiency, and a diet high in red meat and low in green vegetables are all the other risk factors for uterine fibroids.
