I am truly honored to be part of SIFPA (South Indian Fashion Pageant Association) 2025 as their Nutrition Partner. It was an incredible experience conducting a holistic nutrition session for the talented finalists of SIFPA 2025.

Educating these young women about emotions, nutrition, and “The Invisible Link: Your Body’s Hidden Conversation with Food” was both exciting and fulfilling. As they step into a world where physical and mental beauty hold immense value, I am thrilled to have contributed to their journey.
