Ever wonder if your blood sugar is truly under control, beyond just daily highs and lows?

The HbA1c test offers a reliable long-term view of your glucose levels by measuring the percentage of sugar attached to your red blood cells.

Since these cells live for about 2 to 3 months, the test reflects your average sugar during that period.

It helps detect prediabetes, assess how well your treatment is working, and identify risks before complications develop.

It doesnโ€™t require fasting and itโ€™s one of the most stable, dependable tests for managing diabetes today.

Most people think diabetes begins when sugar levels go up.

But honestly, by the time that happens, a lot has already been going on inside the body.

The real starting point is when your system slowly stops responding to insulin.

Sometimes, that may begin years earlier. You might feel tired, gain some belly weight or have conditions like PCOS or fatty liver. Many brush it off as stress or age.

But these are early signs we shouldnโ€™t ignore.

Stay aware, stay ahead. If something feels off, donโ€™t wait to get it checked.

Blood pressure is often higher in the morning due to the bodyโ€™s natural circadian rhythm and hormone activity.

Between 6 AM and 10 AM, stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline are released to prepare the body for the day, causing a temporary rise in blood pressure. This is a normal physiological response in most people.

However, for those with hypertension or heart conditions, an exaggerated morning surge can pose additional risks.

Regular monitoring and proper medication timing are key to managing this effectively.

Every pulse I read, every story I hear, reminds me that healing is never just science.

Itโ€™s built on patience, trust and quiet resilience, both in the people who come to us in pain and in those who stand by them through the journey.

To everyone who walks this path with commitment and care, this day belongs to you.

Many people still believe liver problems only happen to those who drink alcohol. But thatโ€™s no longer the case.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is now one of the most common we see. It often shows up in people who donโ€™t drink at all. At the same time, is becoming more common, especially among younger adults.

What many donโ€™t realise is that these two conditions are deeply connected. One can lead to the other and when they exist together, they quietly increase long-term health risks.

In this blog, weโ€™ll explore how theyโ€™re linked, what signs to watch for and why itโ€™s important to act early, even if you feel completely fine right now.
