Your eyes are your responsibility...
At Home
1. *Handle chemicals with care*: Wear protective eyewear when using cleaning supplies, pesticides, or other chemicals.
2. *Use power tools safely*: Wear safety glasses or goggles when operating power tools, such as drills or saws. An accident can completely rupture your eye globe.
3. *Keep children safe*: Store hazardous materials ( phenol,disinfectants and super glues) out of reach, and supervise children when they're playing with toys or engaging in activities that could potentially harm their eyes.
At Work
1. *Wear PPE if required*: Use personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses or goggles, when working with hazardous materials or in environments with flying particles.
2. *Follow safety protocols*: Always adhere to established safety procedures and guidelines when performing tasks that could potentially harm your eyes.
3. *Maintain a safe work environment*: Ensure your workspace is well-lit, clean, and free from hazards like sharp ends or chemical leak.
During Sports and Activities
1. *Wear protective eyewear*: Use sports-specific goggles or glasses when participating in activities that could potentially harm your eyes, such as basketball, football, or hockey.
2. *Choose safe toys*: Select toys and games that are designed with eye safety in mind, and avoid toys with sharp edges or points.
3. *Be mindful of eye injuries*: If you experience an eye injury during sports or activities, seek medical attention immediately.

1. *Avoid rubbing your eyes*: As this can cause small blood vessels in the eyes to break and lead to vision problems and also spread of infection.
2. *Wear sunglasses*: Use sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection when spending time outdoors, especially during peak sun hours.
3. *GET REGULAR EYE EXAMINATION*: Regular eye exams can pick up any vision problems or eye diseases in early stages, and can ensure your eyes are healthy and safe.
