This two week complimentary course will focus on understanding our ancient roots of yoga and connecting to Psychology. This course will look at the theory, practise and explore our mind and body through Yoga asanas and pranic breathing techniques

We at united psychology coordially invite you to our awareness program on S*x, Gender and Inclusiveness session conducted by Psychotherapists Ms. Vidya Dinakaran, who is working for survivors of Gender-based violence and her clientele primarily compromises of young adult, middle-aged individuals and people belonging to the Q***r population

*About the ResourcePerson*: Vidya Dinakaran is a Psychotherapist practicing in Chennai. She also works as a consulting Psychotherapist at DC Positive Psychology Clinic at Velachery.

Her experience involves working with an NGO in Chennai, PCVC, which works for survivors of Gender-Based Violence, as a part of the psychosocial and outreach team. Her clientele primarily comprises of young adults, middle-aged individuals and people belonging to the q***r population.
