Little Miracles In the Little Miracles classes we discuss myths, stories and latest happenings in childbirth. We share jokes, pregnancy stories too! fun!

The uses of various new developments, breastfeeding, exercises, and whatever else comes up :). When fears are dispelled, they cease to exist. The Little Miracles classes are all about pregnancy, how it progresses, what to do in the event of something. We teach you relaxation techniques, breathing techniques and exercises that are absolutely safe and necessary for any pregnant woman (some work well with the fathers to be too ;))
At the Little Miracles classes, you will learn how to cope with baby, potty training, the exercises you can and cannot do once you and your little miracle are face to face. Breast feeding is taken seriously. An entire session is devoted to your baby's meals.
