A 20-year-old aspiring padel athlete came to me with the complaint that he was unable to squat. Upon assessing his Functional Range of Motion (FROM) using The LYNO Method®, I observed that both his ankles were completely restricted in plantar flexion (only one side is shown here for reference).

Once I began releasing his fascial patterns using The LYNO Method® a significant improvement was visible after just one session.

Posted • I am so excited to announce that Sanketh Abba, a physiotherapist from Chennai, India, has passed his Lyno certification exam today to become the first licensed Lyno practitioner in India.

Sanketh has already expressed his goal of becoming the Lyno instructor in India, and he will be my assistant teacher on both the Hyderabad and Chennai courses scheduled for early 2025!

Sanketh will be an exceptional asset to the Lyno Academy in India.
