If the gingiva(gum) and supporting structures (bone) stronger only whatever the treatment we do namely root canal treatment, crowns& bridges will help to survive the teeth.
If these structures are weak ,then every other treatment will be useless.
So take care of gum health
If bleeding is there while brushing ,eating or spontaneously please do visit the dentist immediately

Oral health is the mirror of general health
All the diseases namely cardiac,diabetes, pregnancy, rheumatoid will get worsened if oral hygiene is no maintained.

If you notice any blisters on your ward's body /mouth/tongue, do not send your ward to school, as this allergy is highly contagious. Let us prevent the other kids in the class from contracting it. Easy tips to maintain oral health
1.Brush twice daily
2. Try to do interdental cleaning with floss or interdental brush
3.Eat lot of fiber foods which does self cleansing action by itself
