Miscarriage is NOT caused by normal daily activities.
In our society, women are often blamed for pregnancy loss — for traveling, working, sitting, standing, or even using stairs. This is not true.

The most common cause of miscarriage is when the baby is not genetically normal. In such cases, the body naturally ends the pregnancy. This is very common and not the mother’s fault.

One miscarriage is unfortunately common. But if miscarriage happens repeatedly (2 or more times), detailed evaluation is needed to find the cause and plan safe care for future pregnancies.

🤍 Stop blaming. Start understanding.
👩‍⚕️ Always follow your doctor’s advice for high-risk pregnancies.

This video is to support, educate, and remove guilt from women and families.

Obesity is increasingly common—but does it limit surgical options?
Many patients ask: Is laparoscopy possible and safe for obese individuals?

In this video, our expert explains how laparoscopic surgery offers better recovery, lower infection risk, faster return to daily life, and reduced chances of blood clots, even in obese patients.

While laparoscopy can be technically more challenging, experienced surgeons and anesthetists make it a safe and effective option when performed in the right hands.

If you or your loved one is obese and advised surgery, this video will help you make an informed decision.

Infertility is not only a woman’s problem — this is a hard truth our society still avoids.

In 100 infertile couples, 40% are due to female factors and 40% due to male factors. Yet, in most cases, only women are tested first — undergoing painful and invasive procedures — while men hesitate to even step into the clinic.

The reality is simple:
✔ infertility evaluation should always be done together
✔ the first test for men is just a non-invasive semen analysis
✔ early testing saves time, pain, money, and emotional stress

Let’s break myths, reduce blame, and approach fertility the right way — together.

Awareness is the first step towards parenthood.

Infertility is not just a gynaecology issue – it is a specialised medical field.
If a male infertility report shows abnormal results, consulting a general gynaecologist may delay proper treatment.

Fertility specialists are trained in reproductive endocrinology, with years of focused experience in evaluating both male and female fertility together. They also work closely with urologists and microsurgical andrologists when advanced procedures are required.

Just like you would consult a specialist for heart or brain problems, fertility issues deserve expert care.

The right doctor can make the right diagnosis – and that can change everything.

Watch till the end to understand who you should consult and why it matters.

Does keeping a mobile phone in your pocket affect s***m count or fertility?

Research on mobile phone radiation shows mixed results—some studies suggest an impact on s***m count, motility, and DNA fragmentation, while others show no significant effect.

However, one fact is medically proven 👇
The testicles are outside the body for a reason — they need to stay 1–2°C cooler than body temperature for healthy s***m production.

Anything that increases scrotal temperature can affect s***m quality, including:
• Tight underwear
• Hot water baths & saunas
• Prolonged bike riding
• Excess heat near the groin area

Watch this video to understand what truly affects male fertility and what precautions you should take if you are planning a pregnancy.

Many women ask whether yoga can solve gynecological problems. The answer is yes—but with limits.

✔️ Painful menstrual cramps: Yoga has good evidence. Muscle and pelvic floor relaxation help reduce cramps and pain.

✔️ Endometriosis: Yoga can reduce inflammation and pain perception by relaxing muscles—but it does not cure or remove the disease.

✔️ Irregular periods: If caused by stress, overweight, or conditions like PCOS, yoga can help regulate cycles. However, proper diagnosis is essential.

✔️ Unexplained infertility: Infertility is emotionally stressful. Yoga helps reduce stress and supports mental well-being, even if pregnancy does not occur immediately.

Yoga is a supportive therapy—not a replacement for medical evaluation and treatment.

Post-laparoscopy gas pain is common—but understanding why it happens makes recovery less stressful.

During keyhole surgery, carbon dioxide is pumped into the abdomen to create space for the procedure.

Although most of the gas is released after surgery, some leftover gas can cause abdominal discomfort and shoulder tip pain.
The good news?

This gas is gradually absorbed by the body and the pain settles with time. Knowing the reason helps you recover with confidence and less fear.
