Basic Shoulder Exercises to Maintain or improve your Range of Motion.
1. Shoulder Shrugging
2. Shoulder bracing
3. Shoulder Rotation forward
4. Shoulder Rotation backward
5. Both Hand Raise
Each and every exercise you have to do
20 times at least once in a day morning if possible in the evening also.
before and after the exercise do your shoulder stretches properly to maintain healthy shoulder joint. If you have any Pre-existing condition or pain in your shoulder kindly consult your physician or physiotherapist for proper guidance.
