Ln.Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust which is a non-profitable and non minority institution. The College is functioning at its permanent building at Sai Leo Nagar, Poonthandalam, West Tambaram, Gateway of Chennai in a Sprawling campus of 300 acres near to the well known amusement park "Kishkinta". Imbedded with the message of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, he ventured into the realm of providing Quality Education to both urban and rural students from India and other neighbouring countries. CME on World Organ Donation Day

On the occasion of World Organ Donation Day, Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College & Research Centre organized a CME program on 12th August 2025 at VRR Hall to raise awareness about the significance of organ donation.

The awareness sessions were conducted by Mr. Ganesh C, Senior Project Executive, and Ms. Sangeetha K, Project Executive, from the Mohan Foundation. The speakers emphasized the life-saving potential of organ donation, dispelled prevalent myths, and inspired participants to pledge their support for this noble cause.

On World Lung Cancer Day 2025, Sri Sairam Ayurveda Medical College and Research Centre joined the global movement under the theme “Bridging Gaps – Promoting Timely Detection and Equitable Care” to raise awareness about lung cancer, its symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of early diagnosis.

The day featured a CME titled “Understanding Lung Cancer: Symptoms & Management”, along with an expert talk by Dr. B. Karniha, MD, Consultant Pulmonologist at SRM Medical College, attended by students, faculty, and interns.

The program highlighted the value of integrative approaches, combining Ayurveda and Modern Medicine to promote better lung health and improve patient outcomes.
