Pregnancy classes are conducted for pregnant couples, to make them lead a healthy pregnancy and prepare them for the childbirth with confidence. The emotional state of a mother during her pregnancy plays a vital role in deciding the baby’s intelligence and behavior.Happyotherhood organisation is the trust of mothers for more than 14 yrs.

*SESSION DETAILS:*

WHO can attend:
- Those who have completed 12 weeks of gestation.
- ONLINE session
- 6 Sessions(last one recorded)
- Fee ₹5000

It has 5 days program as follows(all are 2.00 hrs duration )
*Day1* :-Intro/baby's amazing brain development facts/World of unborn baby and how emotional bond creates with mom & baby (partner can join)
*Day2* :-Magical diet/Smart food for smart baby and brain development
*Day3* :- Complete exercise session -pelvic exercises / breathing/relaxation and visualisation techniques( Partner can join)
*Day4* :-Labor preparation /birth ball exercises,partners role and Lamaze breathing and pain coping techniques(partner must)
*Day5* :-Better breastfeeding concepts & immediate postpartum care preparation / tips
*Day6*:- Newborn Care( recorded session)

As a woman entrepreneur, I founded Happy Motherhood in 2011 in Chennai and have closely touched the lives of 10,000+ Moms, Women, Infants and Toddlers with my sessions on PRE PREGNANCY, PREGNANCY, POST PREGNANCY, NEW BORN CARE & PARENTING. Still counting on.
