It’s not just “worrying too much.” It’s your mind replaying every conversation, your heart racing for no reason, your body being in fight-or-flight when nothing is actually wrong.
Anxiety can look like:
🌀 Overthinking everything you said
🌀 Feeling restless but exhausted
🌀 Wanting to be alone yet fearing loneliness
🌀 Smiling while your mind screams
Anxiety isn’t just in your head.
It’s in your chest, your breath, your heartbeat.
It’s your brain whispering “something’s wrong” even when everything looks fine.
Sometimes it’s cancelling plans, sometimes it’s over-preparing.
Sometimes it’s not being able to sleep, and sometimes it’s needing to sleep all the time.
It’s invisible — but it’s heavy.
If you’re living with anxiety, please know — you’re not broken. You’re just trying to feel safe in a world that made you feel unsafe too many times. 🌿
You’re not “too sensitive” or “weak.”
You’re reacting to a world that often asks for too much and gives too little safety.
With therapy, mindfulness, and small acts of self-care — anxiety can be understood, managed, and softened. 💙
