Legends Karate & Yoga Training Academy from Style- Kenshi KAI Goju-Ryu Karate Kobudo India . It is a Member and Affiliated to WORLD KARATE FEDERATION, KARATE ASSOCIATION OF INDIA and TAMIL NADU SPORTS KARATE ASSOCIATION Of INDIA
We train children & Elders for Karate, yoga and Kobudo starting from Age 4years with most experienced professionals. We also train people personally at their Residence as personal Trainer. We are an expertise in training for Meditation, Personality development, Body Fitness, Weight Management, Self -Defense Techniques especially for women, Stress Management and Child Disciplining
