Stick Yoga Workshop to be led by Sukanya. 🙂

Stick yoga, using a stick as a prop, enhances posture, strength, and balance by guiding alignment.

Now, imagine a friend standing in support as a partner throughout the practice. The stick becomes the common support for both as we move coordinating through each movement.
