Let yourself be embraced by the deep, harmonious vibrations of the handpan, an instrument that speaks directly to the heart and mind. In this session, the warm, meditative sounds of the handpan will accompany the practice of Cyclic Meditation — a technique that alternates moments of mindful movement with deep relaxation. An experience designed to release tension, calm the mind, and restore inner energy and balance.

An event open to everyone, no prior experience needed.

Yoga with Animal Flow led by Sanghamitra

Animal Flow is a movement system that combines elements of bodyweight training, mobility, and fluid motion. In many ways it builds on the strength and flexibility gained through a regular yoga practice, adding core strength, coordination and agility. This class will link traditional yogic movement with beginner level elements of Animal Flow.
