A fruit becomes useful when used before it is spoiled or rotten. If a man eats a fruit, it becomes part and parcel of that person in about 48 hours of such eating. It does so by first becoming his blood and then gets absorbed in the body and thereby become transformed as man. So you must realise that you are exactly what you ate just 48 hours ago. I often say that your body tomorrow is going to be that which you eat today. It is the truth.

"Oh! Wise men! The progress of knowledge must be your chief aim. To the development of knowledge, obstacles will happen and it is but natural. There may be the obstacles of the religion, friends, castemen, relatives and others. It is impossible to achieve development in knowledge by hating everybody. A person who has fallen in a rapidly moving river can safely reach the shore, not by swimming against the current but by swimming along with it. Similarly it is best to live in the community and with the peace necessary for them to increase and develop knowledge."

There are those who even after a study of many books and after undergoing many practices have not derived any benefit at all by them and have also not attained clarity in thought and thus suffer from confusion. Even top intellectuals make wrong decision at some point of time due to lack of clarity in thinking. If such person gets initiated into the Kundalini practice, their confusions will disappear and they will experience Supreme Bliss and attain tranquility.
