Happy to share that Dr Rajadurai national Secretary of SEMI represented SEMI board at healthcare skill sector, HSSC leadership meet at Bangalore on 24 Jan 2024.
SEMI will work together with HSSC to bring together a skilling programme for all healthcare professionals working in emergency departments without formal certification or qualification.

This collaborative joint certification program, by SEMI and HSSC will be a great step forward in skilling the healthcare professionals of EM

Very happy to share that society for emergency medicine india EM Semi India had a opportunity to host a full day of EM event at the “future of medicine” conference
Hosted by Tamil Nadu state government, Ministry of health and family welfare Tamil Nadu and Tamilnadu govt Dr MGR medical University at chennai from 19-21 Jan 2024 on various specialities of medicine

SEMI had the privilege to host lectures with our International speakers Dr Paul Kivela past president ACEP, Dr Peter Cameron past president IFEM, Dr Lingappa Amarnath ACEP Ambassador to India and National speakers Dr Srinath Kumar, academic chair of SEMI, Dr Rajadurai secretary and Dr Saravana Kumar president SEMI on various topics of EM pertaining to the future of speciality of emergency medicine.

The highlight of the event was 25 + SEMI EM family of eminent HODs,consultants of various emergency departments in Chennai and beyond got together to train 600+ medical students in CPR .Special Thanks to Dr Nischal and Dr Shalini of ICAT for all the support.

On this event, we also had the honor of receiving the award of recognition from American College of emergency physicians ( ACEP) to SEMI for its extraordinary commitment to develop emergency medicine in India. The award was received by the entire EM SEMI family who were present.
