Urgent care is the delivery of ambulatory care in a facility dedicated to the delivery of medical care outside of a hospital emergency department, usually on an unscheduled, walk-in basis. Urgent care centres are primarily used to treat patients who have an injury or illness that requires immediate care but is not serious enough to warrant a visit to an emergency room. Often urgent care centres are not open on a continuous basis, unlike a hospital emergency room that would be open at all times. At HUMA our vision is to provide an aesthetically designed and fully equipped Urgent Care centre, handled by a specially trained medical team offering round-the-clock service. The goal is to offer immediate quality care to patients, minimise waiting time, reduce anxiety and provide instant decision making in the most ethical manner. The HUMA Urgent Care Centre will feature up-to-date equipment in it’s 3,000-square-foot facility, unique in being able to present technology within an environment designed with an aesthetic backdrop. The centre will be designed with natural lighting and warm colours to help promote a sense of calm and healing. The environment will be further enhanced by the use of natural stone and wood. Our medical team and support staff will be dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of patient care.

Cyclone Relief - Community Food Supply Project at Huma Hospital.

HOI Foundation charitable wing of Huma Hospital, got together Huma Hospital Medical and Non-medical staff to prepare food for around 1000 people daily during this ongoing Chennai Cyclone.

All staff got together and split into teams and dedicated about two hours each from their working hours to prepare food in-house at the hospital premises.
